Text Box: About

“My love of all things artistic has been with me since I can remember, even as a small child I was greatly immersed in Art, this soon lead me in my teens to my interest in Beauty (looking at the Outer), then as I grew older in my late teens, to Complementary Therapies (so I could connect the Outer to the Inner).

Eventually my path has lead me to meet many wonderful people who truly helped me open up my TRUE inner-self, Lynne and Annie at ‘The Flowering Tree’ whom I trained in Native American Healing with for years and where I originally started sounding the beat of my Drum…

Then I met many wonderful, inspiring and empowering Arabic Dance and Community Dance Teachers from all over the world who initiated me to ‘dance MY dance’, and I started to feel the beat with my feet and body...

This circle has always been turning and growing from Art, to Therapies, to Drumming, to Dance, to Yoga and with the help of many amazing guides and masters along the way who all have encouraged me to ‘find my inner path’ … which at the core of me is to share my knowledge of the mind, body and spirit with others as a Teacher to help people find their ‘Wholeness’.
