Classes & Workshops...
Workshops are an innovative mixture of many different types and styles of Yoga and Eastern stretching, exercise and active meditation to help both invigorate and relax your body and mind.  It is excellent for ALL!  The class will include some (or all) of the following styles: 



Do-In 
An invigorating form of Shiatsu self-massage which you perform fully clothed to get the ‘Chi’ (or life essence/energy) moving around your body.  You will learn an energising and balancing  full body (pronounced Dau-In) ‘Do-In’ routine which includes:

Tapping energy lines (meridians)  in the body
Massaging key area’s of the body to promote general well-being
Exercises for balancing the bodies energies



Yoga, Goddess-Yoga and Chi-Yoga
Stretch out and be healthy!  A style suitable for all in this easy to grasp and fun workout.  Some Vinyasa (Yoga dances) include:

Sun Salutation (Suraya Namaskar)
Goddess Vinyasa Dance 
Chi Yoga Dance (including Golden Chi-Ball & Angel Wings)

Plus many other exercise and yoga-inspired stretches. 



Dancing Meditation (Wave Dancing)
Completely let go with this fun free-style dance, where no movements are right or wrong!  Enjoy dancing a ‘wave’, as you are guided through the five basic rhythms of dance...

Flowing
Staccato
Chaos
Lyrical 
Stillness

This free-style dance helps you loosen up (mentally and physically), get in shape and helps free up your inhibitions!



Trance & Energy Dancing
Trance and Energy dancing is a combination of modern and ancient-inspired exercises from many cultures, which will help you connect to your body and breath.  There are many activities, which include:
  
Egyptian Zar Trance dancing 
African Healing Dance
Joyous Energy Dancing



Meditation
Totally relax and get in touch with your inner-calm.  Meditation is made easy as we do many different types of fun meditation exercises:

Full Yoga Breath Breathing
Inner Visualisations
Including moving meditations such as: Shake Your Snake Awake
